Worst nail spa experience EVER.... went to get pedi and waxing. First, the massage chair was broken. Couldn't raise the seat back or enjoy the oh so coveted rolling back rub I was looking forward to. But no biggie... I was in a hurry so I didn't ask to swap seats. Then, the torture began. The pedicurist used coarse seasalt scrub on my lower legs. She was trying to gently exfoliate, but instead she took off the top layer of my skin..literally. Red, raw, legs...giggling when I said it hurt. She didn't stop until I asked for the third time, raising my voice a little. I then got an eyebrow and lip wax...eyebrows are fine, but this gal actually poured hot wax up my nose during the lip wax! I screamed in pain as she yanked the wax from my left nostril... Swear to OPI the ladies sitting nearby proceeded to giggle and chatter in Vietnamese afterwards.. My nostril screaming, my legs burning, my eyes watering...I am hobbled out of this place, just happy to be alive.
