I work for walmart as a manager and I can honestly say that no one in this store was friendly or helpful. The CSM was busy on her phone while the lines were blowing up. The fitting room was closed and the associate working nearby was absolutely not interested in helping me. A 24 hour supercenter should have someone who can help out shoppers at any time. There were no carts in the bays and the cart pushers were all sitting around outside shooting the breeze with each other while customers went and collected their own carts from the lot.
I really am aware of how wrecked things can get in a busy supercenter but this shouldn't mean that associates do not have to be friendly or helpful.
Pick your act up guys! You're giving the rest of us a bad name!
